LARHE Valentine Bowling Party

Join us for 2 hours of fun!  The prices are as follows:  $6/person for bowling (includes rental shoes) only, $6/person for pizza buffet only, or $12/person for both bowling and pizza buffet. The time is from 10 a.m. - 12 p.m.  We need to leave by noontime because the manager has bowling leagues coming in an hour after we leave.  Please let me know if your child plans to bring a Valentine box so they can be included in the list to receive Valentine cards. 

Speaking of boxes, there will be a Valentine's Day decorated box contest.  We've done this before and it was always so fun to see all the cool-looking boxes!  Parents will be the judges and we ask that parents do not vote for their children's boxes.  Since we are a private party and our party is before their operating hours for the public, we can bring in food like cookies, cupcakes, fruit tray, vegetable tray, etc.  The pizza buffet will consist of pizzas (cheese, pepperoni, sausage) and soda drinks.  If you are not interested in pizza, their snack bar will be open and you can personally order other foods there.  Just opt out of paying for the pizza buffet.  Here is their snack bar menu:   http://www.kilgorebowling.com/menu.pdf 

Since there are bowling leagues arriving after us, let's be sure to help out by picking up our trash and help clear the tables before we leave.  The payment deadline is Wednesday, February 12, 2025.  We want to leave some time for your kiddos to write enough Valentine cards for all the other children attending.   I will give you the final card count by February 12th.   This is a NON-REFUNDABLE event.  There is a small service fee when you pay online on this link.  If you prefer to pay by cash or check, please give it to Mary Sowell or one of the admins in person.  Please contact Mary Sowell if you have any questions.  See y'all there!
